TIER ON TIER SHUTTERS

Our tier on tier Shutters function in the same way as our full height shutters do but with the arrangement the panels are split into two separate parts, one above the other. This allows you to open either the top or the bottom of each other.

CONTROL LIGHT & PRIVACY

As with full height, these shutters cover your entire window whilst the top and bottom halves open independently of each i.e. you can keep the bottom closed for privacy whilst opening the upper panels to allow light to flood into your home. A stable door-look provides you with enhanced flexibility.

This option gives you incredibly versatility allowing you to access an abundance of light whilst still securing your privacy.

When used in a bedroom the framework can be mounted slightly further forward allowing you the option for a blackout blind behind for those of you who crave total darkness when in the land of nod.

It almost seems like a juxtoposition that shutters that we consider to be a modern minimalist expression actually originated 200 years ago in the plantation houses and farms of teh American South.
